Field Operations & Training Coordinator  (posted 10/21)
Responsibilities:
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance, with organizational, decision-making and problem solving skills
Communicate professionally with all on on-site construction groups and in-office divisions (management, employees, customers, trades and subcontractors)
Oversee recruiting, assessment/interviewing and on-boarding of new hires within the service management group.
Walk job sites to monitor for safety, quality control, efficiency and employee training needs as necessary
Oversee all job site compliances, tracking logs, permits, tool/equipment inspections
Create, monitor and execute safety programs, plans and efforts with on-site subcontractors and employees
Conduct safety orientation training, testing and record keeping for all employees and jobs. Distribute all necessary safety documentation
Resolve all safety issues, emergency assistance, and handle complaints on jobsites as needed.
Conduct all accident/incident investigation reports
Handle employee discipline and termination duties when necessary
Assist with field installations, truck operations and jobs as needed
Seek and apply for safety grants and award opportunities
Provide job site photos for marketing efforts

Qualifications
Journeyman or Masters Level License
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting
Understanding of Electrical Codes, OSHA rules, and more
Bilingual a plus 

Personal Skills Required:
Professional level communication skills.
Self-starter and motivated.
Upkeep service employee morale and work to create a sense of family within the division. 





Service Planning Admin  (posted 4/2021)

Responsibilities::
-Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
-Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service call or small project with a detailed review of client requirements.
-Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for sustaining service accounts.
-Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.
-Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by technicians under your supervision.
-Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
-Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division's operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.

Position Requirements:
-Educational Requirement: High School Diploma.
-Extensive experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry.
-Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
-Computer literate, especially in Excel and experience with estimating software is a plus.
-Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be committed to working in a team atmosphere.
-Advanced knowledge of all aspects of construction required.
-Ability to multi-task.


Requirements include:
State of Texas Journeyman or Master Electrical License,
Clean driving record & clean background check
Preferably (4) plus years management and supervision with customer service, small estimates, and electrical problem solving.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS COMBINED EXPERIENCE IN BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL AREAS.
